OCT 2023 / Limitless - Healing Cancer With Art

Exhibition: Oct 7 - Nov 1, 2023
Location: Islip Arts Council Gallery
Opening Reception:
Oct 27 / 6-8pm
Medium: All
Curator: IAC Curatorial Team

Islip Arts Council strives to be an outlet for groups of all kinds. We partnered with Mondays at Racine Cancer Care to include those who are struggling/surviving cancer and using art as a coping mechanism.

All media and themes will be on exhibition, whether the art is expressing the experience of the disease or simply sharing where the process of art making has taken them.

"LIMITLESS" is made possible by a grant from SCOCA and with the support of SUFFOLK CREDIT UNION. We thank them for their support.

*Part of the IAC “Art with a Purpose” Series of Exhibitions
