You are invited to a free writer’s workshop sponsored by the Long Island Authors Group (LIAG). It will be held at the Westfield South Shore Mall at 1701 Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore. The workshop is at the Islip Arts Council Gallery next to the Dicks Sporting Goods. The Gallery also houses the LIAG Bookstore with over 175 titles. Masks need to be worn.
Bestselling author and LIAG member, Russell F. Moran, will be the main presenter. Dr. John H. Krahn, President of the LIAG, will preside. Russ Moran has authored 29 books including, The Novel - A Writer’s Guide. Russ is CEO of the Moran Communications Company. The title of his presentation is “The Craft of Writing.”
The workshop is for lovers of writing, would-be authors, and published authors. It is intended for anyone who wants to improve his or her writing skills. The workshop will cover the basics of writing and will provide tips for self-editing. There will also be time allotted for specific questions on publishing.
