JULY 2023 / IAC President Waldo Cabrera Receives Two Emmy Nominations

IAC is proud to share that President Waldo Cabrera was nominated for two NY Emmy Awards. The first is for a project with the Long Island Arts Alliance that Cabrera received a $10,000 artist grant from NYSCA. This project is called BACK IN THE SPOTLIGHT.

The second nomination is for a project with the New York City Dept. of Social Services. He animated this campaign to encourage people to use a new app for SNAP (food stamps) benefits. The campaign was called NEED SNAP? GET THE APP. It is a 30 second TV commercial produced in English, Spanish and Mandarin.
